Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. There is a certain amount of leeway from November to January to allow for festive giving.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, or contact via the same email address you used at the time of purchase.

Please do not request a refund via this website if you purchased from a different retailer such as eBay, Amazon or a high street bookshop.

Returning your item

When returning your item:

  • You are responsible for postage costs (within the UK a standard second class stamp with proof of postage in a C5 Envelope will suffice)
  • Do not post in a jiffy envelope as this will increase your postage costs.
  • Write your name and email address on a piece of paper and place it in the envelope
  • Do not write on the envelope with the book inside as this will damage the book and your chances of getting a refund. (sorry)
  • Contact us in the first instance so that we may provide the address for your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please wait at least seven days from receipt of the email notification that we’ve received your item and approved the refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We can replace an item if it is defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
